Had opportunity to discuss future product development with them too. For the app, easy to use & works well. Glad I stumbled across this in the shopify app store.

Great customer service, as soon as I installed, I got a chat message from a person, and they spent a while helping me set up the application properly - wow! This is good.
Great customer service - above and beyond assistance to help fix the code after issues in removing data from our old Product Reviews app.
