Use the Chat bubble where necessary. It is easy and from my interaction it was with a HUMAN! I am all for AI, but some things just need a human touch!
We are unsatisfied by the set up and ease of use of the Kaviyo SMS app. We have been locked out of our account and cannot access the app or are unaware of our status and customer service has not responded to requests to unlock account. Rating Poor, unresponsive, challenging to use.
