I just installed this app after being flooded by bots this past week from another country. Anna was so very helpful in getting things set up for me. Top-notch customer service and the app seems to be helping!

Thank you for sharing your experience 😊🛡️ We are really glad to hear that Blockify Fraud Filter, Blocker could support you during that bot attack and help get things under control. Situations like that can be stressful, so it means a lot to know the app is already making a difference 💪✨ Anna will be very happy to hear your kind words. Providing top notch support when it matters most is exactly what we aim for 💙 If you ever need to fine tune your setup or need any further help, we are always here 🤝🚀

I installed the UpPromote Affiliate Marketing App today and had a couple of questions about setting it up. Nick was on the ball answering questions and helping me to customize the look. I know that if I have questions moving forward, customer service is quick and professional. Thanks Nick!
I have loved using this tool and the customer service has been outstanding! Chris, in particular, has been so patient in walking me through a few things to get set up, but all the staff has helped at some point since I've been using it awhile. It's nice to have the pics resized and broken links taken care of so I can spend my time doing other things in the business. I definitely recommend this App!
Very easy to set up! I decided on the smallest upgrade so we can use our logo. I had a couple of questions about setting up the customer emails. Nicole was fantastic in getting back to me quickly, only to learn that the program pretty well does all the filling in for you. Great customer service with a smile! (pun intended). We're excited about this Loyalty Program. Thank you!
