Happy to hear we're saving you a fortune. We ship new updates daily, and based on what we hear from our customers, most former Klaviyo users find that Spoks has everything they need. For the most advanced users there may still be a few features missing. In those cases, we always encourage reaching out in the support chat, so we can either suggest an alternative solution or prioritize building the feature. Regarding contact syncing back into Shopify: this is currently in development and should be live within a couple of weeks. The flow builder can feel a bit cumbersome for the more branched setups, but most use cases are achievable today. If anyone gets stuck, our support team is always happy to help set things up. Excellent app, very good value compared to klaviyo native review app which is excessively expensive. And responsive support as well.
Total lifesaver in terms of bulk data edit, most importantly migration from magento was not possible without it. Ever since i use it very frequently for bulk updating products, prices, metafields etc. A fundamental app that every store would benefit from. One thing would be great that is missing - ability to import shipping table rates

Simple set up, nivce choise of templates. I needed a little tweak as i wanted to remove some customisation detail cluttering up my order/invoices and support was very quick and responsive to sort that out for me.
easy to install and configure. seems to do a pretty good job and saved me hours of time - so well worth it.
