While we have enjoyed the interface, saved templates, and overall ease of use to fully design our Shopify pages, what has kept us as happy customers has been our interactions with Kate. She has worked very hard to help us overcome some technical issues we were having, and even though we have our own developers who could custom code pages with liquid, we continue to use PageFly because it is just so much faster! App is incredibly useful - even for a large established store like ours. We saved hundreds of man hours exporting tens of thousands of original product photos to Dropbox. There was a glitch with the UI, which their support team fixed in 1-2 days. Excellent product & excellent support!

Best part about this app has been Kemi and her willingness to work with us. App was the best we found based on our research, full of all the features we need to help convert, and dashboard was simple and easy to use. A few tiny rough edges, but we haven't found a better app to date! Overall would definitely recommend it to other Shopify store owners..

After a long process to get an Activation Key, entering in acct info, watching a setup video ...no real time rates at checkout! Very disappointed.

I have not had to restore yet, but the auto backups are a great feature that help me sleep at night when making large product changes. So far so good!
