This app seems to have a great balance between simplicity and customization. I booked the intro call, and my rep, Jolo, was super helpful with walking me through the steps, capabilities and answering all my questions. Thanks Jolo! What's more, is there's a customer service via Chat which makes me feel confident that I can get the support I need, if I ever get stuck.
I'm new to working within Pagefly's interface directly, as we typically use 3rd party developers. I got help from Customer Service and they were excellent in helping guide me through some previewing issues I was having. I will be sure to use their chat support again in the future when there's a need.

We are using Judge.me for our Product Reviews with Shopify. The app has a lot of customizable features. But my favorite part is the customer service via the chat. My service rep helped me move around some reviews so they would be displayed properly. They helped me with questions helping me navigate using the app within Shopify. Big plus for service!
