Very easy to set up and install. Was able to add a button to my thank you page which links to the "withdraw from your contract" form - for new EU legislation! Technical support was very quick - as I had forgotten to enable the app under the Checkouts in Settings and it was not displaying correctly for me - super easy fix, and Carmine was very helpful
Easy to set up review emails to customers, and to configure on the website. Super customer service - Kima could not have been more thorough and helpful! Referral emails - ideally it would be better to have a clearer set up of the discount codes - one section for referrer and one section for the friend, as the eligibility and requirements for both are different.
Updated review: Super helpful customer service, particulalry today with Sam. Going through my set up and giving me advice! Set up the connection and it seems to be all working like a dream! Orders are able to come through with order numbers, so you can easily see the amount from each order, and not have to match with the Shopify invoice! Rods was super helpful in setting up the connection - pop a note in the web chat if you are looking for help with it. I can highly recommend it - it will make your life much easier!

The app is easy to set up and easy to use. I think it would be great if we could tweak the HTML code, to update spacing between sections especially! Also, why don't you use the same gallery as the website - this would be much easier, as most images are already there, and it is searchable. For emails I have to keep scrolling all the way to the end to find my logos to add them to a different template
The support for this app is fantastic! Both Sophie and Tommy were able to tweak the app for me in the background and point me in the right direction of how to customise it myself. As a solo entrepreneur, having this kind of support is amazing! I now have a fabulous mix-and-match bundle to launch with on my website!
Even though this app didn't work for what I needed, the team were super helpful - set up a call with the product owner to go through it and even suggested other apps that might help. Great support for a solo-entrepreneur!
