Outstanding customer support. I originally reached out because I was having trouble getting a popup to display correctly on mobile. After spending a lot of time trying to figure it out myself, Ben took over my case and made a huge difference. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping solve the problem. Rather than giving generic responses, he took the time to investigate the issue, test solutions, and make adjustments until everything was working exactly as expected. The final result looks great, and thanks to Ben’s help I now have a solid popup template that I can reuse throughout my website. It’s refreshing to find support that is this responsive and committed to helping customers succeed. A special thank you to Ben for the excellent service and dedication. I’ve been using this app for my store and it has been working very well, especially for targeted banners (in my case, for B2B customers). I recently had a small issue with a banner overlapping my cart on mobile, and Tom from the support team helped me quickly identify the cause (z-index) and fixed it right away. The explanation was clear and now I understand how to manage it for future campaigns. The support was fast, professional, and very effective.
