Best option if you are looking to offer b2b or wholesale discounts. Easy to create forms, approve b2b customers, assign custom discount pricings. Very good support as well.
This is the first app that I have found that is affordable for a small business like mine. It has all the features of a much more expensive app My dealers love the ease of set up and ease of use when they place an order. On my end, I appreciate the ease of filling an order that has information that was missing with manually placed dealer orders. Their customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond and super helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this app for any Storefront that has a dealer network.

We were looking for a way to add B2B/wholesale functionality without jumping to Shopify Plus (expensive for small biz), and Clay has been a great solution. Setup was easy and didn't require any coding experience, which was a big plus for us. What really won me over is their support, despite being small team, quick to respond every time I had a question (Thank you Shubham!). Using the app day-to-day is a breeze too. If you're on the fence about B2B options for your store, just go for it!

Very straightforward and easy to use - I haven't tested functionality at time of writing because my store is not live, but feels smooth and bug-free from what I have found. Their support/technical team customised signup form so it matches my theme style which is excellent. The free app does not have a watermark which is excellent unlike other free app versions I have come across. I would look no further than this for B2B wholesale in Shopify.

We've had a great experience with Clay as we've built out our B2B trade program on Shopify. The automatic customer approval workflows, trade pricing, and account management have helped us create a much more professional experience for our trade customers. The platform is intuitive and has allowed us to automate what would otherwise be a very manual process. During our implementation, we did run into a storefront compatibility issue with our Shopify theme. While that was frustrating initially, the Clay team was transparent about the root cause, kept us informed throughout the process, and worked directly with their engineering team to develop a solution. Once the fix was deployed, our trade pricing displayed correctly across collection pages, product pages, cart, and checkout. What stood out most wasn't that everything worked perfectly from day one—it's that the team took ownership of the issue and followed through until it was resolved. Great app and, above all, outstanding support! We're running a custom theme where the B2B prices weren't showing up at first. El soporte es muy bueno, las personas te responden a tiempo y se dan el tiempo de configurar, ayudar, programar y demás, todos los requerimientos que se nos ocurra como empresa, desde ocultar productos sin stock, configurar ellos clientes con un 5, 7 o 10%, ayudarnos en crear colecciones con precios distintos, agregar el IVA y muchas cosas más. Einfach in der Anwendung, gut an den Shop anzupassen und sehr engagierter und vor allem schneller Support. Bei einer uneinheitlichen Darstellung der Mails in verschiedenen Programmen wurde meine Anfrage innerhalb von einem Tag komplett erledigt. Die Kosten sind im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Anbietern überschaubar und klar strukturiert. Sehr zu empfehlen !
I do understand the time waiting when it comes to business. I had an issue with my wholesale allowing my subscription to combine. Even though I had to wait for a minute to get this fix, it was done and in as timely as could be. I appreciate the urgency with only having two individuals working on the app. I am glad all has been corrected and want to thank the people of Clay B2B Wholesale for taking care of this for me.
I have tried many different B2B apps for my Shopify store, but none of them worked well for my business needs. After watching a video about Clay B2B, I decided to give it a try, especially since they offer a free version to test the platform. I’m very impressed with the app. It works smoothly, is easy to use, and the overall setup process was seamless. The B2B form configuration is excellent and makes it very convenient for my customers to upload documents quickly and efficiently on my Shopify store. I also had a couple of issues during setup, but the support team was extremely helpful. Shubham handled everything promptly and provided outstanding support throughout the process. Overall, my experience with Clay B2B has been excellent, and it has become a valuable addition to my Shopify store. I had no clue how to set everything up and the team were soooo patient helping me ...ok who am I kidding... doing the set up for me. Having a wholesale log in portal that is working means I don't have to chase smaller customers to pay me - they just pay for product and then it is shipped. Good after service really helps.
We are using Clay for a couple of weeks now, so far it been really useful for testing out the B2B funnel. Looking forward for more.

As a small business trying to navigate B2B and B2C, this app ticks all the boxes you would need. It provides ease for both customers and myself, that avoids the stress of having separate inventory issues. You are able to distinguish shipping policies between B2B and B2C, and they are able to process payments with ease. It is an easy checkout for everyone. Their team helped me troubleshoot some shipping set-ups, with such clarity and graciousness. This is a great app to handle our wholesale pricing. We are able to easily run multiple price lists and easily upload via a bulk upload as we have over 300 products. The payment terms and setting up the shipping options are also very easy to use. We built our own wholesale page on the Eurus theme and had a custom quick order form built, we really appreciated the support from Clay to make sure the wholesale prices appeared on this page also. As a new business wanting to offer trade, I think this is a wonderful app. It allows me to show my trade prices to logged in customers and rrp prices to the general public. It allows me to create a form that my customers can apply to and I can review them if I want them to become a trade member. I have full control which is what I was looking for in an app. The team are very supportive and reply almost instantly which is a huge bonus if you need any help! Thank you Clay

First, the app is great! It seamlessly adds wholesale capabilities to your Shopify storefront without the fees you would have to otherwise pay. Also the cost (very reasonable monthly expense instead of 15% of every order) is much lower than what we have to pay with Faire, we get much more ability to adapt to our own needs, and the functionality is all simple and straightforward. But the real benefit is how easy it is thanks to the short videos and the great customer service. Whenever I have not been able to figure something out, they are very quick to help. I would definitely recommend this app to any storefront selling DTC and B2B. It is really helpful.

Subham ha estado conmigo en línea hasta que hemos arreglado los tres problemas que he tenido. La sincronización de Shopify con ellos no es inmediata y eso me preocupaba mucho porque no veía el cambio de precios al momento. He contactado con el equipo y en menos de dos minutos se ha conectado una persona y no un robot. Me lo han arreglado al momento. Si te pones en contacto con ellos desde el ordenador tienen conectada la traducción automática y parece que estén hablando el mismo idioma que tú. No pasa lo mismo desde la App. He pedido si me podían actualizar el formulario al español y lo han hecho al momento. Les pongo 5 estrellas porque no puedo ponerles 10 !!! Y todo esto desde el plan gratuito. Cuando necesite alguna cosa más seguro que actualizaré el plan a uno mejor. Muchas gracias por todo
