We’ve had a great experience with Okendo so far. The onboarding process was smooth, and the team was very helpful in getting everything set up correctly. Their customer support has also been extremely responsive whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s clear they care about helping their customers succeed, and that level of support has made implementing and using the platform much easier for our team.

These guys are amazing. i was migrating from a different FAQ app and their app was the one of 4 that offered dropping FAQ anywhere within the theme as oppose to a dedicated page. I was also having issues because the previous app left a conflicting script; their support team responded right away and 5 hrs later my issue was solved. Would highly recommend

We needed text messaging marketing implemented on our store and a friend recommended PostScript to us. PostScript definitely sets the bar for a text messaging platform! The setup was EASY and the platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The best part is that their support team is literally probably one of the best support teams out there. They are very responsive and don't treat your support inquiry like another ticket. Can't say enough great things. 10/10 would recommend!
