ESSENTIAL app that we use DAILY. It is INVALUABLE to our business. Support is very responsive. The spreadsheet imports and exports are a game-changer. Makes Shopify's product import and export on par with Lightspeed's more robust data management tools.

Frustrating that feature has been removed where we can no longer simply tag products in Instagram that are linked to our website. Instagram checkout settings (for shipping and returns) are way too simplistic for an ecommerce site that offers a variety of shipping options and has different return policies for personal care items. Additionally, we have brick and mortar locations that have separate Facebook & Instagram accounts from our website. Previously, one could link those product catalogs and tag product—it seems no more.

Extraordinary customer support. Developer went above and beyond to assist with quick installation. We installed for a very specific need (enabling custom gift messages on individual greeting cards), but have found uses for this app through our product catalog. If you think your products would benefit from non-inventory based options, then I would recommend this app.
Excellent customer support—truly above and beyond. App is easy to install and very customizable. Simple interface allows one to easily make changes to pickup times and dates and availability (and locations).
