We work hard to make product customization powerful without making it unnecessarily complicated, and having responsive support alongside the platform is an important part of that.
The app is great, does exactly what it needs to, however the support is incredible. We needed some custom changes to our international feeds which were done very easily and quickly.
Brilliant app. I was using a different provider (Glew) before these guys, and their system is so much easier to use, has lots more functions and half the price. Support is beyond exceptional, quick response and very keen to help us in any way. Would highly highly recommend

Much easier to use than Mailchimp, thankfully Mailchimp ended their partnership with Shopify so that we got the experience of Klaviyo. Great service, amazing features that are really easy to use, and the flows are going to come in very helpful. The only problem was the fact that all orders came into the account as USD, but we needed them GBP. Support sorted this within an hour
