So far customer service is very helpful. They actually continue to reach out until my questions are answered which is so rare. So far my rewards program isn't life changing, but I really hope customers start utilizing it!

I had a few issues with my custom theme interfering with the app. Even when it says they are away, I have been getting timely help. Recently Dela helped me and she was quick and wonderful. She even offered to help with my countdown timer, which I had not asked for, but I'm so glad I have it now.
I was already intimidated by installation, then got a pop up asking if I needed help. Been putting off adding reviews to my website for far too long. So happy to have found Judge.me
