We are unfortunately not satisfied with Predis.ai. We had high expectations for the platform, especially after seeing so many very positive reviews, but our own experience has been quite different. We have tried using Predis.ai to create marketing content for our products, including truck curtains, but in our experience the quality of the generated content has simply not been good enough. The results often fail to represent the product correctly, and we have experienced several errors and misunderstandings along the way. We have spent a considerable amount of time setting up our brand, product information, target audiences, and instructions as accurately as possible, but we still find that the results require so much manual correction that much of the benefit of using an AI tool disappears. Because of this, we are genuinely puzzled by the large number of excellent reviews. Predis.ai may work very well for other types of businesses and products, but for our needs and product category, the quality has unfortunately not met our expectations. The idea behind the platform is good, and we hope it improves, but based on our own experience, we cannot recommend it in its current form.

We have had a really great experience with Koala Gifts. The app is easy to use, works reliably, and makes it incredibly simple for us to automatically add free gifts to our customers’ orders. Even though we only use a small part of all the features the app offers, it does exactly what we need it to do and saves our team time in our daily order handling. The support and service from the Koala team have also been excellent. They are friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. A very well-built Shopify app that we are happy to recommend to other store owners!

We have had a fantastic experience with Koala Bundles. The app is easy to use, reliable, and gives us great flexibility when creating bundle offers for our customers. I received absolutely excellent support from Efrain. He was patient, professional and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He guided me step by step through the setup of the HTML sitemap, JSON-LD and shipping information, while also checking my current configuration for possible issues. What impressed me most was that Efrain did not just give short standard answers. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and made sure the setup was working correctly. He also noticed potential duplicated structured data that I would never have found myself. This is exactly the kind of customer service every app should provide. Efrain is a huge asset to the TinySEO team, and his support made me feel confident that my store’s SEO setup was in good hands. Highly recommended — five well-deserved stars!

The app is simple - but maybe too simple if you asking me. There is some very basic options there should be there but currently not possible. The support (Mike) are very helpfull by chatting. But google meetings its not an options for them. Expect when you chatting with them there are difference between costumer service and developer. Sometimes you need to wait a bit too long for an answer. If you need a really-really basic app this ok. But i will recommend to find another app.
