Generally, it's a great app, but I often find myself needing live chat support, which is amazing. They usually fix things asap, but I'd prefer to watch some videos of how to do x without interacting with someone, which can be time-consuming. e.g. I want to work on things later in the day and they can be offline then you need to wait until tomorrow to interact again.
Rahul was super supportive and professional. HE was always willing to help. I highly recommend Shipping Rates to any Shopify businesses which requires smarty shipping rate strategy
