We moved to Shopify about a year ago and have been using the Shiprocket app since then. Earlier, we were on WooCommerce using Shiprocket (for about 4 years), but the Shopify app experience is much better. Order changes sync seamlessly, which was a major issue for us on WooCommerce. Order status updates are also smooth and reliable on Shopify. The overall app performance has been stable and easy to manage. Apart from shipping, other Shiprocket apps like Engage, Promise, and EDD are great at solving real operational pain points. Their tech stack is clearly built with scale and automation in mind. These tools have helped us improve customer communication and delivery visibility. Special thanks to our account manager, Ram Prasad, for quickly resolving issues whenever needed. I have been using the app since last few months & it works great and does exactly what it promises. Recently had an tech issue & reach out to the support team. The support experience was absolutely amazing! Connected to Sabeeh from the support team & he was super responsive and even hopped on a Google Meet call to address and resolve my issue right away. Bitespeed is truly a must-have app for marketing. We just completed the trial and already subscribed to the their AI plan.
