Usamm Llc

This is app is really invaluable. We had just been using the free version for some time but generate a large number of orders monthly. Finally just upgraded so we could generate lots of review content on our website and it has been wonderful to see the feedback. Positive or negative it helps us improve, follow up with people who need further assistance, and ultimately build trust with current and future customers. It has been a little trying figuring out some of the functionality but the support team has been prompt in following up and assisting with any and all requests and questions. Looking forward to seeing how this improves our metrics and relationship with customers. PLUS it's much more affordable than a lot of competitor apps and does much of the same things. Thanks so much!

Their support team goes above and beyond to help us tackle obstacles whether specific to our business needs or fixing bugs our customers experience. David Bilsky came up with a fast and effective solution to an issue this week and we are super grateful for all the hard work these guys do. Thank you!
