Very versatile app and good customer service

I spent 2/ hours on the chat with Nikos, who was very professional at any time, and helped me setup everything regarding GDPR Compliance in the EU. The solution is very complete and offers lots of customization options, and the advice from the team are very helpful. I recommend!

When you run a growing DTC business, managing your inventory can get really challenging, especially when you have long lead & delivery times. At MyVariations we were growing really fast (+40% MoM) and consistently running out of stock, thus damaging our customer experience which is at the core of our business. L’onboarding WhatsApp se fait en autonomie et en quelques minutes, et l’équipe WAX est hyper réactive et nous apporte les best practice sur nos campagnes !

Nous avons installé Rebuy avec pour objectif d'augmenter notre panier moyen notamment en utilisant le "Smart Cart" et les fonctionnalités d'upsell/cross-sell dans le panier, et pour sa compatibilité avec Recharge Payments. L'intégration se fait très facilement et nous avons pu augmenter notre panier de 10%, l'application offre beaucoup d'autres fonctionnalités que nous allons implémenter très bientôt également !
