Awesome customer service! I'm on the free plan due to budget constraints but despite being free customer, the team added a feature I wanted within like a week! Such a fast turnaround and special shout out to Oliver for being so nice :)

Does what i need very well and great support team.
My shipping discount would always be removed when other discounts were applied and the customer would end up paying more. I could have lost alot of orders this way. Luckily i found this app with a free version for those of us who only need one discount to take care of this issue. I chose this app over others in the shopify app store simply because of this feature. Works well and easy to set up as well.
Great customer service and does what i need it to do really well! Highly recommend.

I was having issues with the Kiwi size chart, and after being ignored by their customer support for almost 2 months, I'd had enough. That's when I came across Smart Size. My one criterion was that I needed to embed a video guide showing the sizes. Based on all the size chart apps I emailed to ask about this, Smart Size was the only one that replied, agreeing to customise the app for my liking. Helen from customer support was an absolute gem! Solved my issues quickly and now my charts look exactly how I want them to. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a free size chart for their store with great customer support.

Great customer service support. I had an issue aligning my payment badges with the add to cart button. When I contacted support, Samuel was able to sort it out in minutes! Would definitely recommend.
