Leslie helps me today to set up the smart size guide and recommender quiz. She was so helpful, knowledge and awesome.
Super easy to use and set up! Everything works smoothly, and we haven’t had any issues at all. It makes creating and managing size charts so simple. We’re really hoping this helps our customers find the right size more confidently and reduces returns and exchanges. Fingers crossed and praying it makes a difference! Highly recommend!

The App is simple to use, but powerful. We have only just implemented it, but I can see customers are already engaging with it and we are confident it will dramatically reduce returns - an important issue for a DTC online women's jeans brand! Customer support is genuinely excellent - I raised a query at 11am, received a response within a minute and was on a detailed discussion call an hour later. My query solved! Best size app I have found after months of research.

So far using the Size Chart, and it is amazing - clean and customizable. In process of setting up the size quiz, but so far looking very good compared to other similar apps we have tested.

This app has been soooo helpful for my store. I use the 'prediction' quiz which means customers don't need a tape measure to help them find their size. And the customisation is great. It's more important for me that customers go by waist measurement rather than hip and the app allows you to prioritise a specific measurement (in my case the waist) when it recommends their size. Love it!

The setup is intuitive and straightforward — that’s definitely a plus. The tool is easy to configure, and the interface feels user-friendly. I had an issue with the visibility of this solution. On product pages, the size chart doesn’t always appear next to the product variants. In other words, its main functionality doesn’t work consistently, which defeats the purpose of using it. The customer care team contacted me and fixed it immediately. I am impressed by how quickly they were able to help. It's a great app.

I initially had trouble getting the Smart Size app to work with my theme, but Helen from their team went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly diligent, even scheduling a virtual call late at night her time to troubleshoot the issue. I was having issues with the Kiwi size chart, and after being ignored by their customer support for almost 2 months, I'd had enough. That's when I came across Smart Size. My one criterion was that I needed to embed a video guide showing the sizes. Based on all the size chart apps I emailed to ask about this, Smart Size was the only one that replied, agreeing to customise the app for my liking. Helen from customer support was an absolute gem! Solved my issues quickly and now my charts look exactly how I want them to. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a free size chart for their store with great customer support.

I was struggling to style the Smartsize table to match my brand’s look, and after hours of CSS tweaks and dev help from AI that got me nowhere, Helen stepped in and got it working perfectly in minutes. Headers styled, spacing sorted, toggle aligned and everything I needed. Seriously impressed by the responsiveness and the fact that they nailed it. I just started using this App. Until now I have been copying size charts from the supplier and loading as images. It is not as professional as I wanted. Smart Size Charts offers so much functionality to standardise, create individual charts for one or more products and to manage the info to sort your brand. I had one issue with edging on a chart. I mentioned it to support. Helen asked me to give her access and added some CSS code and all was perfect. Loving the App so far and really making my site look so much more professional after spending time to upgrade everything. If you are looking for a great size chart App. This is it!

Smart Size Chart & Size Guide has been a real game changer for our business. The process to setup charts + guides was not only extremely easy but looked absolutely amazing. The ability to change between in/cm, add measuring notes + images and the ability to clone size guides made it a very fast and accurate way to display information. Great app - reasonably priced. Automatic size conversion works well and the customization of text and images along with the chart helps explain sizing better. The new tabs feature is great - we can offer sizing by different fit (tall, trim, regular...) in one master product and customers can easily toggle between the different size charts to see differences in fit. Maybe one day they could come up with a compare button between two tabs to see how it might fit differently? The support team is great, too!

I would recommend Smart Size to others because it is easy to use, easy to install and expandable as needs increase. The free version is my first experience with sizing on the site, and it is a simple solution that works.

Helen was amazing so helpful when setting up the app to link with the store. I was amazed that when i messaged for help she offered a call within a split second. THANKYOU HELEN and Smart Size for the excellent customer service and how prompt you were replying when i did have a question.
