We’ve had a really positive experience with Attentive for building and running our SMS channel. The platform is so easy to use, and we've seen huge growth since onboarding. Our CSM, Rohanne, is always on hand to help with any new tech set ups, questions we have, or suggestions of ideas that always align with our brand TOV. Very excited to see what we can do next with Attentive!
The set up for Loop was extremely quick and smooth, and the Loop support team are always quick to help solve any issues and respond to all queries
Very happy with the function of the app and received great support from the customer service team!!!
