This app has been a lifesaver. As you may have already discovered, the built-in report with shopify are seriously lacking. I love the flexibility of the reports and the easy to use interface. We use recharge for our subscription program, and have been pleased with the responsive and helpful customer service we've received. There have been a few hiccups, but Tigist was extremely prompt, patient and thorough with all of her communications and helped us overcome the obstacles we came up against. Thank you!
