The absolute best part of using this app is their customer support! I needed a couple of customizations done the commercial invoice template so I contacted them. Within about 30 mins, a gentleman named Keanu got me all fixed in no time! The app itself is nice, but the superior customer service makes it the best!

Had a issue with the centering a widget on a page. Contacted support got a reply with a simple resolution in about 9 hrs. Ending up being some conflicting code my team put in place in error. Couldn't ask for better support service than that!

Excellent customer service! They have always been very attentive to any issue or help I've needed. However, I have had to contact them a couple of times, and one issue ended up being something I didn't set up right to start with. The program works great and it is very easy to navigate!

A very easy to use program. Intergration of other apps are very straightforward and the step by step instructions are great. Support was very attentive to an initial installation issue I was having and got it squared away quickly.

At first we had some issues in the past that took a while to resolve. However, Paul and Lawrence worked with us, and we are now up and running and everything seems to be going good. I must be honest, we have A LOT of option sets, and we pushed the software to boundaries it may not have been designed for. We did experience some of the negative sides of things as mentioned in some of the comments, but they stepped up their game and made things right! I must give them credit for that.
