I had an issue with the Shopify Reviews native app and could not get help from support. I decided to switch to judge.me and am so glad I did. Their support team is incredible. It is after 10pm and the support team responded to my email so fast I thought it was a bot. They got me up and running on judge.me and can already tell this review app is going to be a game changer.

This app has been a game changer not only for us but for our customers. On our side we are seeing our return rate decrease and conversions increase while getting product analytics we've never had access to before. On the customer side its a nice feature to make the buying process easier. Support from the Wair team has also been quick and reliable. Great app!

Big fan of this app. Pop ups are very customizable. Our email capture, cross sell and exit intent pop ups are all performing well and helping drive more sales.

This is a fantastic app that has been critical in capturing orders when we are out of stock. The notifications that go out when we are in stock again drive immediate revenue. The support team here is top notch.
