The app is as good as it's customer service, which is 5-stars in our company's opinion. One of the best parts is that you get to use the app to learn how to make your own app better. The Tidio team is always there when you need them, and are helpful and patient no matter what we've wanted to know. We're very glad we found this app for our store. And I'm confident our customers are, too.

Their customer support is really great, and the app itself works really well once it's set up. We've definitely seen an increase in revenue and it's great to see what revenue is coming down the pipeline.
