Lacey was wonderful. Helped me change my password and relink DSers with Aliexpress. Super helpful and friendly. Plus fast response.

Pricing is a bit higher than other fulfillment options, but shipping is much faster (fewer customer complaints, better customer trust). Zendrop customer service is real people available to chat. Very happy with Zendrop.
