The support is good, however there are a few things that off UX - Presale with discount goes straight to Checkout, rendering users unable to purchase multiple products - Our products are customizable and include file upload which is unfortunatle, not being able to catch on the order

Dor was able to provide instructions for us to integreate Loox to our Google Merchant correctly! Such as awesome experience with the support team!

ShopPad's products are good, the price is fair, the customer service is good, I would strongly recommend you to try it out if you want to customize your store.
