*Be aware of their default setting!!!!! I had one large order and the buyer had the option to buy: Free Unlimited Return for $1.98 Valid in US. which was set by Redo....by default. I had to manually uncheck that option. Very annoying, so pay attention to this. And also read before installing this app, what UNLIMITED return means!!! Below was my initial review: It is the easiest app to use specifically for what we needed and the good part is that we have to contact support and we have received the reply instantly and also onto my surprise the AI bot is a real responsive and it is also very helpful but of course I needed a bit more help and a person and the chat and in less than 2 minutes everything was sorted so I definitely recommend this app.

I have a great experience with this app which is very easy to use and also to understand it's functionalities and besides this the customer support is really great this is the reason why I would definitely recommend it.

I am amazed by the professionalism of the support and how easy is to set up everything. I am just at the beginning, however I believe that it will be a successful collaboration with Pandectes GDPR Compliance. Highly recommended!

I was a bit confused at the beginning as people are in general when a change is happening(changed from oberlo to dsers) and I admit, the experience is really good, way more professional and the best part is that I had some questions and I contacted support on messeger and Jessica was there for me to answer all the question in a very professional manner.
