Jessica was wonderful. She walked me thru everything she was doing and kept me in the loop while figuring out my issue. She was able to successfully resolve my issue & I would absolutely work with her again!

Hi Heather, Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m really glad I could walk you through everything and keep you in the loop while we worked through the issue together. It was a pleasure assisting you with our Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery app, and I’m happy to hear everything was successfully resolved. I’d absolutely be happy to work with you again anytime you need support. Warm regards, Jessica
