Love it! I was using the native Shopify Reviews app that is being retired and switched over to Seguno Product Reviews. They helped me migrate over my reviews and get everything set up, and I love the look and layout of the reviews on my product listings. I'd 100% recommend!

I really love this app. I use my Shopify theme for my blog and product pages, but use GemPages to design and create all of my content pages and it does a beautiful job of making a lovely website! Customer service is helpful and prompt when I've needed to reach out for help. I only pay for a couple of apps, and this one is totally worth it!

We did the big switch after MailChimp announced they were no longer going to be integrating with Shopify. As bummed out as I initially was at the hours of work ahead of me in changing platforms, I am SO glad we did! The importing was easy and quick, designing our e-blasts is so much more intuitive than MailChimp was, and in my opinion, look even better. Plus everything is within Shopify, which I love. I've only sent out our initial e-blast, but so far I am thrilled with the experience. Edited to add: One hiccup I've run into is not having the ability to send campaigns to just one or two people chosen from my customers. That would be a really helpful addition. You can email groups of chosen people based on tags and groups created out of tags, but I would love the ability to also be able to choose people just by searching for their name rather than a tag or group.

I love this app! I can’t believe how easy it is to implement and use. I was really pleasantly surprised by how many features even the free plan has - it is fully operational. I had a family member test it out for me before I officially announced the launch and she loved how easy it was as a customer to sign up. As someone who isn’t overly techy she felt it was really intuitive. I just launched today, and I look forward to seeing how it impacts by return business. Thank you for making such a fantastic app!
