Owner William convinced me to switch from Fera reviews by reaching out and providing data showing that his platform was better performing and far less costly with room to grow without getting price gouged. I've been using his app Rapid Reviews for about a year now and the app and his customer service have exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their store.

Thanks you! I'm happy that you're happy!
Easy Setup, free plan gets you started, results still TBD but good so far. Minimum 100 character limit so this is just to meet that criteria.

😁Thank you so much for your review😁 It’s great to hear that you find our app’s setup easy and are liking the free plan and its features! Please reach out to us at any time if you need anything 🙂
Did not import all transactions. Customer service requested that I manually process spreadsheet data into a format that they could import. What's the point of using Tax Jar if I need to manually process data?
