I have been using the MIDA app for a while now, had a great experience with the customer service, very helpful and Lucy has been a great help. Also, I find the app very useful, especially being able to keep up with how customers are behaving, I recommend this app to anyone looking for more insight into their customer's behaviour.

Hi there, Thanks so much for your review! 🙌 We’re glad MIDA is helping your store - our team’s always here if you need support. 🚀 Cheers, MIDA team.
One Click Upsell has definitely improved my website's UX; things make more sense now going down the funnel. In addition to that, the feature fit incredibly well with the rest of my website's theme. The customer service is great. I asked for help, they got right to it and sorted things out for me. Very good service all round. Absolutely recommend to anyone browsing for a similar service.

The Rep team have been incredibly supportive and honest. I still had some time left on a previous trial, and even after a year, they let me use that remaining time. They also helped me get my account up and running again without any hassle. They have genuinely great customer service, always willing to help where they can. Thanks to Dafi and the rest of the team for making everything smooth.
Appreciate Mark's assistance; he was very helpful in getting things sorted out for me. Much appreciated, and I would recommend this app
We have used the app a few times, and it simplifies the advertising process, the support is excellent and they're willing to help the best they can which is great. If you're looking for a way to start advertising, keep things simple and see the data in one place. This is the app for you.
