I’m really impressed with AI Easy Ads, not only because the platform is excellent and very easy to use, but also because their customer service is outstanding. The platform itself is also very well designed and makes creating and managing ads much easier. I had an issue with being charged even though I did not run any ads with the app. However, Millenni from the Easy Ads support team was very responsive and helpful throughout the refund process. She handled my request quickly and professionally. I really appreciate her support and assistance.
The Customer Support team is very helpful. I wasn't able to lauch the campaign due to some technical problem but their executive connected with me and helped in resolving the problem. They also gracefully extended my free trial.

It’s by far the easiest way to create high-performing Meta ads, and the support is outstanding. I first used this app last year when Meta introduced major updates. It helped me understand how to build a proper advertising funnel, and I learned a lot from it. It took a while to really figure this app out. Once you do it's a huge help. I've actually upgraded to pro so I can run multiple funnel ads. I've been working with Quissel from easy ads to maximize it's effectiveness. It's a service included.

I am starting this app with a 4-star rating because the setup process was incredibly easy and the customer service has been excellent. I recently switched from a much more expensive alternative that cost nearly four times as much and was packed with unnecessary bells and whistles. As a startup, I was spending way too much money, so I decided to scale back to the basics and find a comparable, budget-friendly solution. This application fits that need perfectly. It offers plenty of room for a business to grow, allowing you to add specific funnels as you scale—and even if there is an additional cost for those funnels, it is well worth it. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars yet is simply because it is too early in the game to judge performance. I need to see how effectively this AI program actually delivers traffic and pushes my advertisements. Once I start seeing heavy promotion translating into solid sales, I will gladly update my review to 5 stars. For anyone just starting out, I highly recommend utilizing this program and building from there.
Excellent support and a very useful app for Shopify stores. The Easy Ads team responds quickly and genuinely tries to help with every issue. Their customer service experience has been smooth and professional. The app made ad management much easier for me, and I appreciate the continuous support. Previously, we were able to consistently generate orders, but suddenly one day all the ads were taken down. Relisting them didn't work, and after that, the performance became very poor.
I had several problems with the Easy Ads app at the beginning — the ads were not working properly and I experienced a lot of bugs. I contacted support and I was really impressed by the help I received, especially from Ouissal. She was extremely professional, patient, and always available to help. She even scheduled a Google Meet call with me to make sure everything was fixed correctly and that I understood every step. What I appreciated the most is that she kept following up with me afterward to be sure everything was still working perfectly and that I had no more issues. It took some time to initially setup and get it all to work correctly but the support seemed to always be available to assist and find resolutions to issues. Now we've had it running for perhaps around 9 months or more and are seeing excellent ROAS and still playing with some changes regularly, helped by the support team offering advise and information about some unknown, to me, Do's and Don't on Meta.

I don't have hours to spend in the Meta Ads Manager, and this app makes the setup incredibly fast. The automated funnel actually works—I saw my first retargeting sales within a week. Highly recommend if you’re overwhelmed by the technical side of Facebook ads.
Easy Ads makes my life easy and has also saved me thousands in digital marketing consulting fees and saves me a lot of time. I'd recommend to any online store owner who's still starting out. Their professional marketing team even contacts you to advise on your ads and do site audits of your store to see where you can improve in order to make your ads deliver even better.
It simply doesn’t do what it claims. If you have a large catalog, it only cycles through about six products—and you don’t even get to choose which ones. It feels like the app just promotes whatever it wants. I did make two sales, but the return doesn’t justify the cost. I’m spending more than I’m making, which defeats the entire purpose. Support is just as frustrating. When they can’t answer your questions, they shift the blame to your store—even after you prove them wrong. The final straw was being told to “go watch videos on how to improve your store’s performance.” My store doesn’t have performance issues—the app just doesn’t deliver. At the end of the day, this is a weak product that overpromises and underdelivers.

not every app is for everyone, i could work out it myself i'm not the tech expert. but one thing i loved was the support team help in getting my refund back which was charged. love the support i will definitely try to come back once i learn more about the app and how to work it out thanks again

I had a very poor experience with EasyAds. The app had persistent errors and was not usable at all. Despite this, I was still charged, and even after uninstalling the app, billing issues remained. I tried contacting the developer via live chat, but received no response. Very disappointing support and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this app.

I installed this app, but I uninstalled it later. Still, it keeps charging me $19 every month. This is a total fraud. No one should use it — I’ve had a very bad experience.

Update - I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and yes!! I have made 3 sales and yes I know you all are thinking only 3 I am just starting my own online store and I have tried everything and so far this app has been amazing all I do is let it do its think and pay the ad spend as soon as I can I will be upgrading so I run more then one ad at a time because so far I love it and my ad spend is so much cheaper to then if I do it on my own This is Day 3 and it’s been good I have not made any sales yet but the set up was easy for sure and the price is great too I’m going to keep trying for 6 months because it takes 6 months for marketing to work- I will keep updating my review -- Update since I made the first post today I made my first sale and I have only been using this for 3 days I have used it for a month and mad 3 sales so far
Simply comparing with my own google ads and pinterest ads. Spent more than 1k and getting a 3 conversion is funny. Just time consuming. 2nd chance is my fault that I tried a year ago. Guys no one need this go with chatgpt can give better results than this. Wish can drop a screen shot of their funny system 1 week 2k usd spend. and really doesn't understand how shopify supports us on these kind of dummy products

I am rarely disappointed with an app. But when my average CAC is $5-13 at most and this app after $300 can only get 3 sales? Pathetic. The set-up was a red flag, it's dated and ignores Metas newest tech. With that said, it ate up my budget without issue. I feel entitled to a refund on my budget, and this app should exit the app store.

However, performance can still vary based on the data available in your catalog, your target audience, and product pricing. 3. Campaign performance and ad spend You mentioned that you spent around $300 and got 3 sales. While we understand how disappointing that feels, please note that the campaign only ran for 3 days — which isn’t enough time for Meta to gather sufficient data and optimize performance. Meta’s learning phase usually requires at least 7 days or 50 conversions before stabilizing results. Also, we don’t recommend starting with a very high daily budget when your campaign is still in the learning phase. Update 10/8/25 Updating my review after outstounding follow up and customer service from Ouissal. They have got me all set up with my 1st ad running. Process much smoother than the first. …………………………. Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. 48 hours wasted whiles ads were in “Review” I finally reach out via chat. After told different issues. Like my ads and copy were not good enough!? excuse me? Thought that is what the service is for. Then said the issue was the audience I chose….. then finally they say it’s a meta issue!? So another hour wasted on chat!! Don’t waste your time like I did. Go try Outfy. They are free ads and already getting traffic. Was very excited to see what this service could add to that but too bad.
I TAKE THEIR 10 DAY TRAIL AND USED FOR JUST 1 DAY AND THEY SEND ME A BILL AFTER MONTH WHEN I ALREADY CANCELL SUBSCRIPTION FROM MY TRAIL PERIOD . one of the scam app , please do not use

We installed Easy Ads twice and used it for around 2 months and 1 month separately, but the results were disappointing – ROAS stayed below 0.50. When we run ads directly on Meta, we consistently get a minimum of 2 ROAS. The support team also didn’t provide a clear plan to improve performance
