I tried the app but the instructions to install on the front end were incorrect, no problem I contacted support - they sent a few messages saying they would send a request to store to take a look - which was probably not needed as all I wanted was clarification on the wording - after several days of waiting I gave up and uninstalled the app. Shame

I'm truly sorry your support emails slipped through the cracks after you only wanted a quick clarification on the install instructions, that never should have happened. That is unacceptable. Had to contact customer support because I made mistake with the trial. Abuzar was the person who helped and they are 100% a credit to Boost commerce. What an absolutely wonderful customer service experience, I could not thank them enough.

I’ve been using Magical Make An Offer for a little while now and the app itself works brilliantly. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and adds real value to my store. When switching themes, there were a couple of small issues — nothing major and certainly nothing to gripe about. What impressed me was the customer service. Support was immediate, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue straight away. A couple of hours later I noticed something else that needed adjusting, reached out again, and bang — sorted immediately. I can absolutely handle the odd hiccup with apps, especially when the customer service is this responsive and on point. Excellent support like this makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using Pify Form Builder for some time now and couldn’t be happier. It's a steep learning curve for an old man but thanks to Kaylie and her help, the curve was flattened. If the customer service continues as well as it has in the first 24-48 hours then this is certainly an easy app to recommend.
