Magical Make an Offer

I wanted visitors to login before being able to make an offer and the team helped me on the same day. The customer service is really on point. I wish them to grow by keeping the same mindset. I recommend the app.

This is a great app that does it's job well, with a minimum of fuss. It was easy to integrate into our custom theme, and has been working without any major issues ever since (which is to say, for quite some time). On the odd occasion that we've needed to contact support they've been responsive and helpful.

Effective app with excellent support.

I’ve been using Magical Make An Offer for a little while now and the app itself works brilliantly. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and adds real value to my store. When switching themes, there were a couple of small issues — nothing major and certainly nothing to gripe about. What impressed me was the customer service. Support was immediate, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue straight away. A couple of hours later I noticed something else that needed adjusting, reached out again, and bang — sorted immediately. I can absolutely handle the odd hiccup with apps, especially when the customer service is this responsive and on point. Excellent support like this makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

We've used this app for about a week, and it's already started generating extra income for us. The setup is easy, and the small video library is very helpful in resolving any issues. Service levels are excellent. Kyle and the team are quick to respond to any questions not covered by the videos. The replies are well structured, easy to follow, and ultimately work! We can't see any downside to this app, and we've looked for one! Overall, a great App with excellent customer service. We would recommend it to any business that is looking for growth - who isn't!. " Not exactly the 1% advertised I have been contacted by the company about this review - I suggest you contact shopify to investigate why users are being told they will be charge 2.99% and not the advertised 1%

Awesome support experience! There was an internal technical issue with Magical Make an Offer app interfered with a key streaming app on my site. I sent out a support request hoping to get a response in days, and they magically fixed the issue in minutes! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Thank you!

Hands down the best experience I've had installing a Shopify app (and I've had quite a bit of experience.) The team at Magical Make and Offer were proactive in making sure I had everything I needed for setup, and even did some custom CSS work to ensure the app looked exactly like I wanted. The app works exactly as advertised. I really love that it's a percentage of each sale rather than a flat fee. I can't recommend enough!

I was looking for a Pay-What-You-Can app and there weren't a whole lot out there. Magical Make an Offer allowed me to adjust their app to what I needed. And, if I couldn't figure something out, their support team was responsive and helped me in a timely manner.

The app developers went above and beyond helping me to set up this app when I had difficulty with understanding how to navigate the set up. I'm new to Shopify so it's likely an easy app that's somewhat difficult because of my lack of experience with website development. Possible suggested change for app developer: I don't like that the customer gets an email from "Magical Make an Offer" instead of from me. I'm using this app for donations to be given and donors could think it's a spam email being sent to them. It would also be nice if there was a way for me to send the customer a customized email after they've completed the purchase.

I remember reading the reviews about their great customer service before installing this app and thinking, that's good but how great can it be? I understand the reviews now! Their customer service is unmatchable! And the app itself is also very easy to use. I tried using another app before and it created a lot of complications for me. Within minutes of setting up Magical Make an Offer, I was met with pure ease :) On top of that! I reached out for support hoping for a certain feature. The support team said they have never been asked for this future, but thought it was a great idea and would email me in the future if the are able to add this to the app. So cool! Not only is this one of the only if not the only Shopify app I could find to allow customers to make offers (which is critical in the vintage and antique space), but the app works quite well and the support really has been very good. At one point I updated my theme to a new version and this broke make an offer. I couldn't figure out what the problem was but they put a developer on it and eventually solved the problem. Not only that, but the customer service person did a great job at keeping me in the loop and letting me know the status. These guys are a small business and you can tell that they want to do a great job. I am very happy with them.

Hello, I changed the theme twice. They have integrated the app very nicely in each of them. They do their job well. Return within 24 hours or even earlier.

I’ve been using this app for almost a year now. It truly has taken my business to the next level by giving my customers the option to name their price. I never have any issues, and if I ever have a question or concern… Their time is very responsive. Especially Saad. Words can’t express how grateful I am to have this app and to know that if I ever need anything they will respond fast and be a huge help.

The Make an Offer app has been a very useful tool to communicate with potential buyers. While the odd offer is unrealistic, most offers are worth negotiating with. It would be good to be able to adjust the template ourselves, perhaps that is in there and we just can't find it. I feel the fees are a bit inflated for what it offers. Saying that, it is highly recommended.

We installed the app for a shmita offering so customer can set the prices themselves. This really encouraged customers to buy more than they normally would and more people were interested in the product than had there been a list price. There is still some work to be done to make it more customisable - we have a black background and certain parts of the offer window are not yet customisable, so stayed white which is for an up market brand not ideal. So we are looking forward to the next version. Blessings

We were having issues making the Make an Offer button visible, but they responded to us quickly and their developers were able to help us add the button to our product pages within a week. This app has been a game changer for our business. It's opened up so many conversations, increased our sales and has even helped us grow our email list. Out of all the Shopify apps we currently use, this is by far our favorite. If you sell low ticket products with small margins then this probably wouldn't be a great app for you but if you sell higher end products with some wiggle room to wheel and deal, this app is ideal for your business. Remember that when someone makes an offer, even if you deny it, it still becomes a win because you now have insight into a customer that's been looking at your products.

Easy to use and set up, ideal for certain items we are trying to sell that we have had in stock a while, great for clearance items, we had a few offers within a day of setting it up. Hopefully there will be a lot more

Had an issue with the app and it was resolved in a timely manner. The app itself is great (in a similar vein to eBay 'Make Offer') and has helped drive sales on our site. We sell higher ticket items and customers appreciate the ability to submit offers.

Easy to install and easy to use. Could use a few more native tools to create the email templates. And perhaps create a mechanism for the buyer to easily counter the counter offer, perhaps as an option. Just to keep the lines of communication open after the counter without either party having to directly email. Also an option to require a full shipping address when placing an offer.

Update : Fixed, thanks make an offer. I can't download my offer, counter offer always error when buyer trying to use the offer link. No support at all. I will change this after developer respond to my email.

I LOVE THIS APP! I was getting a lot of emails from people asking if there was a discount or if they could get a better price if they bought multiple items. I have been using this app since 2017 and love it. It's a great tool to manifest emails and phone #'s of potential new clients as well. I can easily accept, counter, or decline offers. I also call many clients and convert them over to sales. Great app to have for an ecommerce business. Many have said this is similar to E-bay.

The app works great for either automated offers or manually approving offers. We've been using it for more than 6 months successfully. (I'm writing this review because the app has asked me 200 times to write a review and I'm tired of seeing it)
