Have had this app a while and works amazingly but I wanted to change how my customers redeemed their points as I was allowing them to build up quite an amount and then when they redeemed them I was taking a big hit. I came up with an alternative but wasn’t quite sure about it but Ullas quickly sorted any concerns I had and enabled me to feel confident that I now have the right set up. From initial query to it being sorted in less than an hour. Fast efficient service.

Signed up to this last year and although for a small business it seems expensive you do get a lot for your money. It does so much more than what my Shopify emails could in terms of segmenting and reaching different customers. There's also lots of benchmarks, metrics and reports to help you analyse what's working and what's not, although I do need to get my head around them. Plenty of tutorials to help you and also educational webinars. The support team are also on hand and reply very quickly.

Only had it installed for about a week but so far so good. Am loving some of the free widgets and also the great customer service. Had a query today and within minutes Mohammed sorted me out. Great service.
