To be honest i don't know why people are having trouble with the app, Its quick and easy, no hassle at all. Don't even need to be technologically adept. A couple clicks and thats it.
This is a great app with great customer service. it has done more for us with SEO and site optimisation then paying a SEO expert did
Klaviyo is great and easy to use. The only thing I will say is when they do updates, really helpful features tend to disappear, which is slightly annoying. Thats the only reason its not 5 star
