Redo ha cambiato in meglio il modo in cui gestiamo resi e cambi per il nostro brand. L'implementazione è stata semplice, il portale self-service per i clienti funziona benissimo, e ci ha fatto risparmiare tantissimo tempo che prima andava nella gestione manuale di resi e cambi. Un ringraziamento speciale ad August del supporto: è stato incredibilmente disponibile, paziente e utile ogni volta che l'abbiamo contattato con domande (e ne abbiamo avute tante!). Una vera rockstar. Consigliamo Redo a qualsiasi negozio Shopify che voglia semplificare la gestione di resi e cambi.
Very useful app with great customization options! It fits perfectly with our third-party theme.
Easy to use from day one and works exactly as it should, even with a paid theme. Whenever I had a question, the support team was always there to help. Definitely recommend it!
