The app itself was easy to set up and blended cohesively with my current theme. Tracy helped me eliminate the limitation of the # of questions I could post on the page and as I was working through and had more questions, Emily was able to give me a hand. Both reps were friendly and helpful and the fact that the app is free as well, can't ask for more to be honest!

This was easy to use and customize. Chat was also quick to respond to a couple of questions I had and I was able to set it all up pretty quickly!
