Commslayer has brought my fuzzy brain feeling about customer service to clear thinking and strategic capability. The user interface is more responsive, user friendly, and straight forward for agents. And the AI Agent is the best we have used - easy to train and transfer tasks to slowly and steadily. I have reduced the customer service management time significantly and can easily integrate all apps as needed. Commslayer is the progressive, next generation e-commerce helpdesk.
StoreHero and their app give me eagle eyevision of what is going on... I feel confident, fully up to speed and in control with StoreHero in my pocket. An essential for any e-commerce operator.
Very good quick customer service! They helped to modify the redirect pop-up to suit how we wanted it displayed. Always had very quick response time.
Integration with Klaviyo was a little confusing at the start and not well explained, but Derek was very helpful over a call and explained everything much more clearly to us and made sure everything was running smoothly.
