Easy to use. Had to block USA orders after tariffs were instituted and it was easy peasy.

Straight-up deceptive intro with the pricing buried on purpose. It immediately tried to get me to approve a $99 usage fee. Deleted that garbage instantly.

App didn't work. Kept getting error messages and app support was very slow to respond.

Works perfectly! We had used a custom code from a developer for our website before and this route always had some issues. But this app works quickly without any issues. Plus it has some analytics and data to give you peace of mind that customers are being redirected to the correct site.

Had this up and running across multiple locations for over a year and if works perfectly. Easy to set-up, and easy for customers to the site to get redirected. Not sure what else I would need from it.

Does what we need it to do which is to redirect customers to correct webstore based on their location. The app was easy to set up. There was an issue with clicking on the 'x' option but customer support was fairly responsive.

We were looking for a geo code/location app for our Shopify Plus web store which has 10 international stores with same products but different prices. We wanted a solution that can show the catalog to a shopper according to the shopper's region. We tried out various apps but this one "Geolocation Redirects Geo:Pro" only did the job.

Great app, does what it says with low latency and a very reasonable price

Very helpful to block unwanted countries, and in particular to track the number of visits from a specific IP address. We use it constantly to see how many times a visitor has come to our site and which pages were opened, and obviously to block countries that send a lot of bots to our store.

Not a pretty bad app, but a ridiculous service! "It seems you're in the United States. Redirect to US Store?" - the words "US Store" have a hyperlink (href link), but it redirects to the wrong website home link. What's worse, my coworker and i have contacted their team several times in the last few months, but the problem still exists. and every time we contact online chat, it shows "Typically reply within 2 hours", then the message status shows “read” but no reply to u. Update: Finally, the problem was solved. but why technicians need so many permissions and authorizations is far beyond understanding, such as order, customer... almost all permissions of the store. Soooo weired！

Great customer service. The price is right too. I just started to use the product, but it seems a good fit, easy to use and gets the job done.

The app works really well, but there is one key feature missing: custom message and button text per country. Setting the message and button text globally doesn't make much sense since it limits you to one language. We want to show text in the primary language of the country.
