We have experienced a few challenges along the way, but Bekim and Cade have consistently stepped up to help resolve them. Bekim has dedicated a great deal of time to making the changes we've requested and ensuring that issues are corrected. What stands out most is that when your team recognizes an issue is on your side, you take ownership of it and work to make it right. Rather than passing responsibility, you address the problem directly.
