Supliful is very user friendly , but the most important thing for me aside from quality, is responsiveness- anytime I email in with a question I am answered almost immediately. I have not met a staff member yet that has dropped the ball or tried to help in anyway they can. For me this is huge. It’s great to be partnered with a company that takes care of their current clients.

Mergify is a game changer for my Shopify store! It automatically combines orders and refunds extra shipping costs, saving me time and money. The setup was a breeze, and the support team is super responsive. Highly recommend!
I suggested adding a countdown timer to the pop-up to help create more fomo during sales and the team actually listened! They’re already working on rolling it out. Love how responsive they are to feedback. I hope it helps other store owners like myself drive more sales, it really helps around days like Black Friday and Christmas! Love it!
