This is a company that loves to overcomplicate simple things.They updated the product packaging, and my designer completed the design exactly according to their template. However, I couldn't upload it myself. Even after I made adjustments and uploaded it on my end, the entire design changed drastically.

Our experience with Supliful has been simply outstanding. Their broad assortment of products has enabled us to provide a spectrum of choices for our clients which they appreciate. I soo want to love this company!!!! They have good products. they got a great line up. its easy. its convenient but there is a huge issue. The processing time. I have almost half a million followers in the health niche and i could sell LOTS of products.... but i cant get emails everyday from people asking if there package is being sent out. Right now i have half a dozen orders and none sent out 2 orders were ordered 2 weeks ago. they were 3 days of processing and i got a email one of my products in my buddle was out of stock... i found out 3 days after they ordered! So those two orders must wait 2 weeks. The proper thing to do would be send out the 4 items and send out the 5th one when its in stock, but nope. all 5 items are on hold for 2 weeks now. then last week i made a new bundle 4 products... i got a order on the 4th, the 5th, and the 6th.... today is the 10th and zero orders have been sent out! i have had 3 emails so far... "where is my package" I dont know what to do.... do i find a new company. a new product. or what. but i dont want to start pushing products if this company cant delivery. 2-3 days is doable for processing, waiting 6 days for a tracking number is not!! If i ordered something online on a wed. and next tue I did not get a tracking number id be pissed and never order again.... there business model is ruining my reputation . If this processing time improves I will recommend them to my friends online ( I know huge accounts) and change this to a plus 5 . but waiting 6-14 DAYS not good business! 2-3 processing is normal. 6+ days is bad business Eric A. One of the delays you experienced was caused by a product in your bundle - Colon Gentle Cleanse - going out of stock. While we work hard to keep inventory stable, some stock availability is outside of our direct control since certain products are sourced from external suppliers who may occasionally face technical or production issues. We try to be transparent that such situations can happen when using our service, but we absolutely understand how disruptive this is for your business. Our team is actively working to restore stock as quickly as possible. At the moment, due to system limitations, we’re not able to split and partially ship bundle orders automatically. However, we can remove and refund the out-of-stock item and proceed with shipping the remaining products - just let our Customer Support team know via the chat bubble or at help@supliful.com, and we’ll handle it for you. Regarding your February 5th and 6th orders - two have already shipped, and the remaining one is scheduled to ship today. Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, and weekends don’t count toward that window - so these orders are still within the stated processing timeframe. So currently, you have only 2 orders on hold due to OOS, and the rest of the orders are either completed or scheduled to ship within the promised timeframe. We truly value creators like you and the audience you’ve built, and we don’t take your trust lightly. We’re continuing to improve processing speed, stock visibility, and fulfillment workflows to better support scaling brands. We’d really like the chance to keep growing with you. I don't usually write reviews, but this one deserves one star. I created a store based on one product, and the moment we get traction, runs out of stock. They then proceed to lie about the restock date 3 times, even going as far as to say it is in stock, then backtrack, saying it will restock in another three days. I haven't been able to fulfill any orders, even though they gladly take your money to pay for them. Incredibly unprofessional, and most likely the death of multiple businesses.

To clarify: Supliful operates on an on-demand production model, and while it allows small brands to start without upfront inventory, occasional out-of-stock situations can happen due to supplier-side production delays. We always provide the restock estimates given to us by the product manufacturer (we do not produce this item ourselves), and unfortunately, these dates were adjusted several times due to ongoing production issues outside of our control. We fully understand how this can impact single-product businesses, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption. In situations like this, we always recommend adding a backup or alternative product to avoid downtime - in this case, the Hair, Skin & Nails Strips were available, and many sellers successfully switched to them during the outage. We also want to clarify that our system automatically charges incoming orders, even if a product is currently out of stock - this is how the system processes orders by default. However, you can always reach out to our Support Team to cancel and request a refund either back to your payment method or as account credits. Supliful is very user friendly , but the most important thing for me aside from quality, is responsiveness- anytime I email in with a question I am answered almost immediately. I have not met a staff member yet that has dropped the ball or tried to help in anyway they can. For me this is huge. No one else does what these guys do. They offer an awesome, risk-free opportunity to launch a high quality supplement/pet care/skin care brand since you don't have to carry any inventory. Being able to easily customize your own label is really cool, and they have a ton of products they're always adding to. Plus, the delivery is fast, and their customer service is some of the best I've dealt with. Always super quick to reply and really nice. I'd recommend them to everyone

They charge a subscription for all versions, no free option available. There is no phone number for customer service, when I tried to add several products to my shopify store they all said sold out. So paying for a service you cant even sell is pointless
I've been using this app for only a short time, but the team over at Supliful has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They were able to quickly help me troubleshoot issues and their team is incredibly polite and prompt. Would recommend their service to anyone considering them.

So far the communication has been really good and I'm a happy costumer! I'm genuinely happy I discovered Supliful and get to work with a company based in the U.S.! The whole platform is super intuitive, from product selection to mockups and website integration, everything feels user-friendly and well thought out. One small challenge I’ve experienced is the shipping process. For example, I had to send the Dead Sea Mud first to a friend in New York and then have it forwarded to me. That added quite a bit of time and effort. I really hope this part of the process gets smoother in the future, especially for faster access to products when testing or creating content. That said, I’m excited to grow with Supliful and continue building around their platform.

False advertising. Website says $1 for first month then regular cost thereafter. Instead, I was charged $1 for a 3 day “free trial” and after the 3 days, a balance of $49 was due. Luckily, I was proactive and removed my card info prior to the end of 3 day “trial”. False and misleading! Ontop of that, staff via email was unsure about the $1 first month and had to check on it. To which my reply was “how do you not know, it’s on your website.” In addition to that, I have received 2 requests via email asking me to review the company. How could I give a review if I literally just subscribed to the service and haven’t had any interaction or even purchased yet? Make that make sense. It’s a turn off! But anyway, here’s the review ya wanted!
Supliful has been more than a 3rd Party App, their service feels more like they are a strategic business partnership. Their software and fulfillment services work almost flawflessly, as we have been using them for 3 months now without issues. I have used their products myself firsthand too, and I find them to be as high of a quality as the claim.

The app is pretty good (fast and tends to work). However, there is an issue where if you cancel an order after a 2hr time frame, the Shopify Supliful UI (this app) will say Supliful Fulfillment accepted the cancellation request and the Shopify order successfully cancels, but it does not actually cancel on the Supliful side and they will ship the order. Further, Supliful will not honor refunds for orders of this manner despite the UI not reflecting reality. Just be mindful of this as you use it, the data may become out of sync between Shopify and Supliful and they will not do you any favors if this happens. Will update my review if this gets fixed

It is true that while the Shopify interface may reflect the fulfillment request being canceled, that doesn't mean the order has been canceled in the Supliful system. Because we don't control Shopify's UI, we cannot prevent this mismatch directly. However, we always encourage users to double-check the order status in their Supliful account after requesting a cancellation in Shopify, especially if more than two hours have passed. I am like great with them because they will let you know about what's needed to advertise your label correctly. But how they ship out the products is just in a bag and stuffed not fully protected. I have had customers complain and show proof that some products have been open and exposed. but thats because how they package the products. some of the products is very very small and the pricing metrics doesnt match the value. Also, dont like the migration of the social media. for they will charge you directly for the items that are ready to be shipped. instead of taking the proceeds from the sale item.

I strongly advise against using Supliful for your business needs. My experience with them has been consistently frustrating due to two major issues. First, they heavily rely on AI for customer service without being upfront about it, leading to circular conversations and unresolved problems. When you need real answers about your business, you're met with generic AI responses that rarely address specific concerns. More importantly, their lack of transparency regarding labeling requirements has caused significant problems. As someone trying to run a legitimate business, I need clear, accurate specifications for product labels. Instead, I've received inconsistent information that has led to costly mistakes and potential compliance issues. When trying to get clarification, I'm again met with AI responses rather than actual help. I've attempted to resolve these issues directly with the company multiple times without success, which has led me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your business needs. A company that can't provide basic human support and clear requirements isn't worth your time or money.

****** UPDATE ****** So here is my update on 7/24/2024. Customer services finally got back to me and was helpful. The process takes a little bit of time to learn but now that I understand it better it's fairly easy to use. I ordered my first samples and I'm excited to see how everything goes. I'll update again once my samples arrive. ****************************************************** I just started using Supliful and already I'm not sure if I will continue with them. i sent two emails already asking question and still not one reply. They have great products but only give the bare minimum info about them for example the Manuka coffee does not state where the beans are from nor does it give the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) or the Methylglyoxal (MGO) content. I created a custom label so I can add it to my shop but it doesn't tell me if it is in review or not. As stated I emailed twice asking these questions and have not gotten an answer. For now I will not be adding the products to my shop as my customers expect high quality products but with prompt and reliable customer service. If i can't get answers then I can't provide my customers with the high quality customer service my brand is known for. Hopefully this gets addressed and I can add these coffees to my already amazing product lineup.

March 2024 - We are a new store and have placed four orders for five different products through Supliful to test the process. They did not fulfill a single order without us having to email them and tell them to push the order through. The orders show up in Shopify and even show up in our Supliflul orders tab but they don't get fulfilled automatically. The automatic fulfillment is nonexistent. There is no way this model would work if we had multiple orders from multiple customers. May 2024 - Supliful responded to my review and you can read their response below. They claim the orders were fulfilled automatically but that is absolutely NOT TRUE! Every order required us to contact them to get the order pushed through. EVERY ONE! I am not satisfied with their response.

After reviewing the orders we received, we see that they were fulfilled automatically without any issues. Great stuff in the beginning I had loads of obstacles to overcome being in hospital . It was great actually started it from there . After delays with no laptop ( needed ) for label designs personally to much stress otherwise with a small device. 5 star service all around ran into more difficulties but guided and assisted to address them all. I went into this lacking confidence but I’m not 100% confident and really excited to have my store up and running . Great webs design. I have sent a photo of the invoice of what I was charged for. They will not fix this error before having you pay for anything else. They will lie about what was on the order, remove items from the order before its shipped out. On top of that they won’t give you a refund for an item that was paid for that Supliful removed and kept the money. They won’t pay for the shipping of the item that they removed without approval. And they think this is okay. Almost two weeks with no response to my emails and after that there they mentioned there was a problem with the product that was an error on their end. Yet they have not rectified the issue with me. The order was placed on Jan 2 and its now Jan 19 with no resolution. Do not use this service.

I'm not one to write bad reviews but unfortunately I couldn't hold back on this one. Im very disappointed with whatever operation they have running over there but clearly its just not stable. I have been waiting almost a full month for a new batch of product to be delivered which has been delayed at least 4 times, while having over 800 unfulfilled orders and a bunch of angry customers. It's ok if you just want to test the waters and start a business but once you start receiving a large volume of orders just know that they are not prepared to handle all that heat at once. I'm willing to change this review in the future, but for now, Supliful has completely ran my business to the ground and has left me totally disappointed.

Love the options so far. Really excited to get into supplements, nutrition in general. Anything like a 'meal replacement' blend in the works? Would love to get some suggestions rolling around, I'm personally looking for a blend to tweak. Sidenote, only real issue I have is that I don't see an easy way to get ahold of anyone for support. I had to sent Instagram messages that took a few days to get back to me.
