Really happy with ProductPair so far. It's a fun and unique way for customers to discover products, and it was easy to customize around our own customer personas and product catalogue. It also fits really nice into our storefront and has made the whole online shopping experience that much more fun and personal. Customers are enjoying it so far and it's also helped a few people when shopping for their loved ones.

At first glance, a very promising and easy-to-maneuver platform. But what impressed me most was the onboarding experience. Emilie and her team are truly first-class professional, efficient, and deeply respectful of both my time and my team’s. In an age where much of the world feels increasingly dehumanized, this team understands how to bring a human touch to an unbelievably powerful tool and they’ve built it exceptionally well.

I needed my product to be displayed in the collections by colour only and the developer helped reprogram so this could be done and assisted with the process of making it all run smoothly. I wish they had the same timelines that I have but they did respond within 12 hours each day I reached out.
