Just installed the app but the widget wasn't showing. The Support Team responded quickly and Felix sorted out the issue, which was linked to my theme. Everything was explained, communication was great and Felix resolved my issue quickly. Thanks again

So Far So Good I started using this app last week, and yesterday my images on the product pages were all mixed up - not relating/linking to the right product page. As much as I really like the product pages the app/Ai created I was ready to jack in the app and revert back to the default theme by the time I made contact with them! Miriam from Square Apps Support got back to me, understood how I was feeling, apologised for the issues I was experiencing and he/she (sorry) explained that the images I changed were in the theme editor instead of the dynamic thingy, so basically I was changing the images in the wrong area, which mixed up all the other images on the other product pages. Today, Michael from Square Apps got back to me, he looked at/sorted out the issue and he also sent me a video showing where and how to change the images if I needed to. Regardless of the time, Miriam and Michael responded quickly to my query and got it sorted out in no time. I'm very happy with the support and service they have offered so far. Thanks Miriam and Michael.

Very quick response to query. Mendel guided me through the setting up of the security I needed on my website and explained in detail what I did not understand. Brilliant service, thank you (February 24, 2025).

I changed themes and needed the wishlist codes reinstalling. I contacted Support and they quickly installed the code on my behalf. I have always found Support very helpful and quick to respond when I contact them. Thanks guys

I have used 1Click Popups for a while now, I am happy with the app and the support they offer has been amazing - they are quick to respond. I needed help with an announcement that I created and Eugene was more than helpful to assist in getting my popup up and running. Thank you for your patience today Eugene I really appreciate it.

I recently installed the app and contacted Support because I needed help to implement some of the features. Alva responded very quickly via Google Meet to add, set up, move and explained some feature that I didn't understand in a patient, friendly and professional manner. It's still early days re using the app but I am excited to see how it'll work and benefit our customers, and it's free I'm giving a very well deserved 5 stars for the support I received and will leave an update later once the app is in use. We have had issues with our website for a while but didn't know what was wrong. I did an SEO audit using Tapita, which came up with quite a few errors. I have no clue how to sort out the issues that the Tapita app came across, so I contacted Support as it stated they'll fix the critical errors for free, and we had quite a lot! Liam was so helpful and patient with sorting out these errors, and he informed me that the Tapita Tech Experts will sort out the other issues within 24-48 hours. I am so, so grateful for what Liam and his team has done for us. Really appreciate it, thank you so much. I will leave another review once the website is running properly. Thanks again Liam.
