I have this App for several years and it's easy to install. With this app, I had many customers subscribed to newsletter. Customer service is also very good. Highly recommend
Best on Shopify for complex popup campaigns. They respond timely with help when needed and it works great.

SCAM APP! Basic features like blocking duplicate email and phone submissions DOESN'T WORK. Cost my startup MONEY from customers submitting duplicate submissions, then the app charged on top of it. The developer had NO CLUE how to fix his own app, claimed the feature I wanted, that already existed in his app was an ENTERPRISE level feature, then refunded me, uninstalled the app and blocked me. REPORTING THIS APP FOR FRAUD. P.S. His reply is claiming "advanced, enterprise-grade fraud prevention and custom checkout blocking rules" just to handle basic blocking of duplicate email or phone number submissions? LMAO? This guy needs to fix his app! He then refunded and removed the app, without my permission, which caused me to LOSE all MY WORK and COLLECTED CUSTOMER DATA!

Hi Nick, We need to correct two false statements in your review for the sake of transparency. 1) 'Scam' Claim: As you admitted in your own text, we issued you a full refund immediately when it became clear our app wasn't a fit. We do not keep money from unhappy customers. 2) 'Lost Data' Claim: This is factually incorrect. Our app syncs all signups to your Shopify Admin > Customers page in real-time. You have full possession of every email collected; we did not and cannot delete them from your shop. Regarding the feature dispute: You requested enterprise-level device fingerprinting (to block users who bypass standard IP checks) on our basic $4.99 plan. Because we could not support that specific custom requirement, we processed your refund and parted ways. We wish you the best with your store.
The most versatile Popup app I've found for Shopify, and the only one on-click button triggers that actually work! I really like this app, and after trying about 7 different apps for popups across my site, I'm staying with 1Click Popups! Great support as well, I've reached out multiple times, and I always got help even on very technical questions!

WOW...all I can say about 1CLICK POPUPS!!! Very user friendly and easy to create campaigns! Each step provides you with info that will guide you into SUCCESS! I was able to create my email/sms/discount campaign in about 15 minutes, give or take. Precise and clear, the campaign looks really good on my SHOPIFY website! 1Click Popups is a great tool, especially for new stores with low traffic. The setup is quick and straightforward, and I love how seamlessly it integrates with Klaviyo—making it easy to continue flows without any hassle. The support team is fast and helpful. 10/10, highly recommend.
Really easy to use and very functional and helpful for my business
Eugene has been great. He stayed on the chat for about an hour showing me the settings for homepage and the rules. Very clear and showed much patience with me. Eugene was very helpful in incorporating some much needed features for my store. If something isn’t clearly present, don’t delete the app. The support team will make it happen! This app is easy to use and works like a charm for my needs.

Added this app to my store and it works fantastic, had a generic pop-up but wanted an app with a range of design options. Easy to install and looks fantastic on my site. I have found that people are annoyed by popups so I limit them to just one, hopefully technology will advance to incorporate multiple features in just one pop-up.

Perfect app for all your pop up needs! Customer support is super fast and helpful also. I tried a few other pop up apps before this one and this one is the best.

I've only had this installed a few days but so far I'm impressed by the ease of setup - the app takes care of a lot of things I expected to have to do myself (like coupon integration) and their support is first class - answering questions quickly but in an unrushed fashion.
Facturation abusive sur une période où je n'ai pas utilisée l'appli. Malgré mes demandes insistantes de remboursement, je n'ai pas obtenu gain de cause. Alors très déçue !

Il est également facile d'obtenir du support via le chat, de plus l'attente n'est pas longue, ce que j'apprécie car j'aime bien qu'on réponde à mes interrogations rapidement et pas dans un jour ou deux. J'ai seulement hâte qu'il y ait plus de modèles, mais dans l'attente on peut toujours travailler avec les modèles existants et les amener à notre image. Je recommande Brigitte

I have been using this app since I started and has been an immense help. Now I'm transitioning to something more advanced and integrated with email campaigns, but would definitely recommend for anyone starting out or looking for a free version. Very easy to set up and very customizable.

I had a little hiccup that I couldn't figure out but one of the team - James - was able to provide the exact answer I needed and now my pop up is functioning exactly how I had intended! This is the third pop up app I have tried - the others couldn't make my request work! I'll be sticking with these guys now :)
