FileFlare does exactly what I need -- delivers download links to files automatically upon order. I self host the files to save on costs. FileFlare allows me to do everything within Shopify instead of needing an outside app. It couldn't be more user friendly. Also, the new blocks feature lets me see the unique download links that my customers get in their account pages, within my order page on Shopify. 10/10 do recommend.

Great app. I was able to train the bot with 120 common questions that answer probably 95% of my customers questions.

It's an extremely powerful tool but also complicated to figure out without sidekick. I strongly recommend using it in conjunction with sidekick. Use plain language prompts to have Sidekick build the flows for you then check them.

What's great about this app is that it's free and built into Shopify. That simplicity can't be overstated. For 90% of people out there, including myself, it's plenty. But it's also very barebones. For example, the "recruiting" section features many influencers who are not registered with Collabs, so like why are they there? Also, tons of spammers sign up. I think I've had one legit person sign up in two years. Mostly it's me inviting people.

I needed VendorPayout to support my more than 40 monthly vendor commission statements. This app, and the developer are gems. Flawless implementation, fast response times for support, and they are willing to help customize the app to fit your store. At $30 a month it's well worth it. I spent $3,000 building a spreadsheet in Excel to do the same thing - now that sheet is heading for the bin.

This app WORKS. If you have a lot of people flowing through your funnel, but a low conversion rate this app can add 0.5% by itself.
