This is a great app and has great features, we've been using it for nearly a year and it's really helped our AOV and cart abandonment figures. The customer service and developer team are absolutely amazing and have helped us hugely with some custom issues related to our business. Their team are quick and really top notch, I can't recommend them enough.
App works really well and the customer service is really excellent. The team have helped us with a number of custom issues related to our website and they have been quick to respond. Above all there has never been an issue and they have delivered any time we needed help. Great service
We had a great onboarding call with Justin from Lucky Orange. He was incredibly helpful and clear in explaining how the platform works. He took the time to walk us through the key features and made sure we understood how to get the most out of the tool. Really appreciated his expertise and he had no problems answering any of my questions!

We used this app to customise our packing slips. The support staff were very helpful and extremely quick to respond. The support team also helped us hugely by customising some small aspects of the template that will make a major difference for us. The support team also gave us easy to follow instructions and installing the new template was done in seconds. Would recommend this app and support team
