I am still not loving it. The posts are nearly all the same and pretty basic. I don't get a lot of views. It recently used images that had been made inactive because I don't have the product anymore so that was a fail. I tried the AI video maker, but it would not just use my product image and tried to interpret it, badly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. For the posts feeling repetitive or basic, we’d definitely encourage you to try Short Videos and Promotions. They offer more variety and can help make your social content feel fresher and more engaging. Regarding the inactive product being used, the issue was related to a third-party product availability update rather than Outfy. However, we completely understand the impact it had, so we’ve gone ahead and added additional checks on our end to help ensure similar third-party issues don’t affect your posts going forward. AI video generation is improving everyday, both across the industry and at Outfy. We’re continuously working on improving product accuracy and overall video quality. We’ve recently showcased some of the AI videos our users are creating on the Outfy homepage, with their permission. Please do take a look, it will give you a good sense of how much the results have improved and what’s now possible.
I can't see any orders in the app to check that everything is syncing properly. It also says I have 0 products linked, yet I have 5 products linked. I don't feel the app is very transparent. I can't see orders from Ebay, I can't look at the products that are linked. It is way too basic UPDATE: The developers got in touch and added the feature I was looking for and I can now see the orders from Ebay and make sure they synced properly. Thanks for quickly correcting the problem and I hope to continue to see the app become more streamlined and user friendly.

UPDATE (June 19, 2026): The requested Order Sync History page is now available directly within the app. Sellers can now view imported eBay orders and their synchronization history without leaving the app. ------- Thank you very much for your feedback. The most important point for other sellers: Order and inventory synchronization works reliably. eBay orders are transferred correctly to Shopify, and inventory levels are automatically updated when sales are made. You’re right that the current app doesn’t yet offer a dedicated overview page for imported orders, since these are visible by default on the official Shopify orders page. Based on your feedback, we’re already working on an additional view for orders and associated products. This feature will be available in the coming days. We greatly appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve the app. If you have any questions or issues, we’re always happy to help.
Frank helped me get my tax info submitted and set up my shop. Thanks for the great help!
I needed some help resetting my social media connections and Cassiano was able to reset everything so that I could properly set up my social media feeds and my reviews would go to the proper pages.
Just had some help with some items that weren't listing on Etsy and am very satisfied with the help I received. You do have to stay on top of your listings, and you might need to renew them or re-sync but then it works great. I did have some trouble with a purchase integrating with my Shopify store but it seems to have been corrected now.
